Good evening, dear adventurers! Thank you for joining me on my journey through the first of the Azuremyst Isles. Our adventure will continue as we head to the mysterious Bloodmyst Isle, where deeper mysteries and darker tales await. While we prepare for the next chapter of our quest, I invite you to share your thoughts and favourite moments from Azuremyst Isle. What lore captured your imagination? Fare thee well, dear explorers, until our paths cross again on Bloodmyst Isle. - Your devoted Loremaster
When I first started playing WoW, back in TBC, it was actually the music and surroundings that captured my heart. To this day even 😍 When I realised however that the Draenei are actual Aliens, I completely fell in love with them due to feeling relatable 🤣
Sorry for the late response, life both in and outside of WoW are sometimes hard to combine. Nonetheless, I must confess, hearing the Azuremyst Isle soundtrack after all this time felt like a journey back in time. It's definitely a favorite of mine for unwinding after a long day!
I remember picking up my first ever Draenei Shaman. Landing on the Azuremyst Isles and immediately fell in love with the area. It was so different from the rest of Azeroth, yet ift felt like it fitted right in. I felt a sense of wonder and excitement that I hadnt felt since I first entered the world. There was something beautiful, yet melancholic about the zone. Maybe it was the music? maybe it was the visuals? I still felt like I was belonging there with the rest. Fighting for survival and helping in a dire situation. This zone is just soo amazing it's always hard to leave and I also think that the zone itself was one of the big reasons why I became a jewelcrafter, so I got an excuse to come back to Exodar again and again.
I'm so glad you're back to bringing much needed joy and enchantment to our beloved World of Warcraft Loremaster. We all hope you and your family are doing well and we look forward to your continued vigilance in being a huge part of our escape from the world around us.
Greetings, Patiofurnitr! Your words are often capable of lifting the spirits of all who wander through Azeroth. Sometimes it feels like we traverse these realms together, you and I, discovering the paths seen and unseen. Onward to more adventures!
With the new adventurer he and the missus are taking care of, im certain we will have similarly long waits between videos. But hoping to catch an increase of dad jokes in these as a result!
Best Zone for the Draenei in terms of Music, Exploring a lost isle of the Night Elves in Kalimdor and just overall awesome place to visit on the crashed home of the Exodar.
Another nice video! Im a vanilla wow fanboy but this gives me the cravings for some tbc action! I really liked the zones they put in azeroth, like the azuremyst Isle and ghostlands. Too bad blizz dont offer a tbc era server
I absolutely love the way you are able to take all these bits and pieces, such as questlines and backstories, and combine them all into a cohesive and immersive written/told story. "Story" doesn't even do it justice, tbh. It's more like a nature/history documentary or something like that, but with the viewer taken into account on a personal level i.e. talking to us from the viewpoint of us being "heroes", instead of "players". Like an ingame documentary instead of just a lore video about a game. I'm absolutely in for it 🙂 Anyway, I'm not that great with words, unlike you, so I hope I get my message across, haha. In any case: Well done and keep going! ❤
I will never forget the day TBC came out and I decided to make a Draenei Shaman. This zone was beautiful and I would always return to Exodar on my Draenei as it was my Capital City, no matter how inconvenient it might be. Can't wait to see what Blizzard'll do with this zone in the future.
There are some things about TBC that haven’t aged all that well. Azuremyst Isles is not one of them. The devs (accidentally?) made a simple starting zone one of the most beautiful, memorable, and timeless locations in all of WoW, so much so people still constantly mention it as one of the best zones *eight expansions later.* This video was a lovely cover of it, and your camerawork is getting even better! I’m so excited for the next installment
Your detailed observations about the Azuremyst Isles are spot on! It was wonderful to revisit and stroll among the Draenei once more after such a long time. Next up, we're setting our sights on Bloodmyst Isle, unless something else in Azeroth demands my attention first!
We are well underway to creating a timeless library of topics to choose from, so stay as long as you'd like, and let the stories transport you to the different locations of Azeroth!
16 years, I can't believe that it has been 16 years since I started playing this game, and it all started here, playing on my Draenei hunter, not sure how to play, meeting new friends along the way lol
Funny thing is, the writing's always had a bit of British flair, but I only recently started bringing everyone into the story in a way that feels more natural and engaging. So I'm glad you caught onto that!
Also, Loremaster, I really hope you continue your 'The Lore of' series, especially if you're willing and able to do a Dungeon and Raids Lore of. I look forward to more....we must have more lol
Your thirst for the deeper knowledge of the dungeons and raids of Azeroth shall be quenched! Journey with me into the depths of the Stormwind Stockade! See you there, brave traveller!
@TheChroniclesofAzeroth I saw your teaser post, I can't wait. It was my second dungeon after Wailing Caverns when I started my adventures many moons ago. I took the dungeon for granted at the time but I grew to appreciate it more as I learnt who's 'residing' in its dank and dreary corridors.
The story behind most of the unsavory characters in the Stockades is well worth the exploration indeed! Much hidden and interconnective lore with the outside world, which as we all know, is what we came for in the first place.
My current main is a Draenei Holy Priest. I decided to make that my second character after a friend asked if I'm going to make a Space Goat. A what I said, after reading up on their lore and their starting zone I was hooked, plus thier accent is so blunt and straightforward, I couldn't resist. Although my heart is with my first toon , Patiofurnitr, my main is named Victim-Korialstrasz. All of the other races are terrestrial but the fact that Draenei crash landed on a spaceship is beyond amazing. What makes me laugh is that, we ride on horses and gryphons, hunters shoot bows and arrows with the odd gun here and there, of course we wield swords and daggers. On the topic of swords...What Sword...lol...has anyone stopped to consider theres a crashed SPACESHIP on Azeroth!
All hail, Patiofurnitr, Priest of the Draenei! Your commitment to such a venerable race speaks volumes of your devotion to the light. Chronokai kristor!
Btw... Does anyone remember the Tree Quest with a "stage-prop" tree, instead of the "realistic tree" you get to disguise as nowadays? Not sure when they changed that, but I absolutely loved that fake tree 😂
I really wish you'd try narrating a video with your own voice just once, I've tried getting into these videos again, but it's hard knowing it's AI. I'm sure your voice would be fine for narration. At least give it a try

I do hope you do Badlands, Tanaris, and Silithus next. The desert zones are my favorites!

These keep getting better, this is something we definitely need more of.
I am the Commissioner of Exodar in 2005, I had friends who worked for Blizzard. I have CPTSS, I can't work anymore. Regards, Alex.
The music in this place is by far the MOST chilling. Period.
Friend of mine used it in his SPA-therapies to get people relaxed :D

I remember leveling my first shaman through these quests thank you for bringing it back to good memories
Thanks
A generous offering to aid our travels! Such gifts ensure that the lore continues to flow freely. Thank you for standing by this humble Loremaster!
I'm a major lore buff for WoW, so I know these stories already, but the way you tell them, well, I could sit and listen all day long! 😊
It's an honour to share these tales with a fellow lore enthusiast like yourself. Where would you suggest we explore next?
@@TheChroniclesofAzeroth Lore of Outlands Hellfire Peninsula perhaps?
Noted! I'm currently investigating a story in Outland, so I might stick around a while longer to learn more about Hellfire Peninsula :)
I would love a video about the Dragonflights! I know we just had an entire expansion about them, but it's my favorite lore in the entire game! 😊
I’m the same way, man. To me, a good day playing WoW is booting it up and just quietly questing and enjoying the story of lands I’m adventuring in.
Thank you
Yep the memories of my vary first character was born here! Time flies fast lol

I’m so happy you’re back. 👏 I was worried you were going to take a one year break.
With the new adventurer he and the missus are taking care of, im certain we will have similarly long waits between videos. But hoping to catch an increase of dad jokes in these as a result!
This channel just slaps, so much effort and high quality imagery alongside a great breakdown of these zones.
One of the most beautiful zones of early WoW.
Ahhh, my home. Well done. May your days be long, and your hardships few.
The Chronicles of Azeroth: makes a bad day good and a good day better. Love it!
Love the draenei! They became one of my fabourite race! I am now playing a draenei shadow priest and I enjoy it so much! More Drarnei content!
Don't tell anyone, but Bloodmyst Isle is currently in the works!
I look forward to each of these videos.
Absolutely love this, thank you. Subscribed!
new video yeah!!! another nice nigths of sleep and lore!!
(btw due to i repeat the videos i finish learning eveything ^^ )
These Videos are gold! Please never Stop!
Best Zone for the Draenei in terms of Music, Exploring a lost isle of the Night Elves in Kalimdor and just overall awesome place to visit on the crashed home of the Exodar.
THESE ARE GREAT! CAN’T WAIT FOR BRD!!!
Just in time for me to fall asleep to. I love Azuremyst Isle, draenei was my first ever WoW character. ❤ So many lovely memories.

Thank you as always, Loremaster!
Thank you for taking the time to make such great videos!
It's hinted in the draenei heritage armor quest we might get orc/draenei race
What a phenomenal video

Been waiting on this for WEEKS! Big Hype!
Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did making it!
commenting beforehand cus i already know it'll be a great video. Keep em up you're doing great 👍

Same here but I made a draenei priest and I would go to exodar as much as possible and still prefer going there with him.

A amazing and beautiful race 💯
A other good vidoe dude keep you rock
I love your videos! Please keep making more!
Although the pace might fluctuate, I'm never going to stop!
I was really looking forward this one Loremaster as the Dranei are my favorite race!
My favourite zone by far.
A choice most wise! Azuremyst is a canvas of nature's finest works, painted with the hues of countless stories.
Love these videos please make one for every zone, theyre so relaxing. Thank you

I've watched all your videos and I had no idea until today that you were British.
Hahah, tell me, what gave it away?
2:30 " A proper tangle if I may say so." Is the most British phrase I've ever heard in my life. ❤️
Funny thing is, the writing's always had a bit of British flair, but I only recently started bringing everyone into the story in a way that feels more natural and engaging. So I'm glad you caught onto that!
Well done bro❤
I like this new writing style!!
How wonderful to hear! My quill and I have been busy indeed, and I’ve been hoping our efforts would strike a chord. A toast to your discerning taste!
I daresay, the saying are so over-the-top, it's funny. I've been catching up, so probably older videos, but I highly enjoyed the phrasing.

Controversial opinion, but I liked Azuremyst Isles in TBC. And I liked the Draenei as a playable race.
Where is Bloodmyst Isle? Cant wait.
Bloodmyst Isle is currently in the works!
Good video, but you missed the small swamp with the priest quest.
How do you record these panoramic shots? Is it an addon?
You should do a April fools episode regarding “Pornshire” get creative with it haha
Another Furbolg language to learn? Too bad we can't do it on horde side.
I really wish you'd try narrating a video with your own voice just once, I've tried getting into these videos again, but it's hard knowing it's AI.

Bro get a new AI voice, huge turnoff that one !
one of the best retcons blizzard ever made
