First join a Academy, I will recommend Kioc or Kyca, practice there regularly, improve your skills, play matches that are organised by these academies, then these academies will only send you in some club teams. If your age is below 19 then you can play u19 league but if your age is above 19 then you will have to play divisons, if you are a beginner then you will have to start playing from 5th division, but if you play good the academy will see how good you are and based on that they might put you in a club team of 4th or 3rd divison. Remember in 1st & 2nd divison state players play. So this is the basic process. Just join a good academy and if you play good those academies will push you foward.

See if you want to make a career in sports it is always a risky decision. Especially cricket, so many people in India want to become a cricketer but it is not possible that everybody will become a cricketer and play IPL or India. For now you start cricket practice as a part time, do both studies and cricket, then if you see some results in cricket (play atleast state level) then you can do cricket full time.
