Honestly once you get into the swing of working out, it becomes so much easier and feels like am integral part of your day. Up until about a year ago I don't think I had even walked quickly before 😂 and now I work out 3 times a week

Make sure you keep working out and then you won't get sore!! It's the lactic acid building up in your muscles that hurts but if you keep them warmed up, it won't happen.

It's so good to see you at the gym! You're obviously in shape but it's so good for your body and being strong is something to work towards! I know personally going to the gym has helped my mental health SO MUCH. My anxiety subsided tons once I started working my body, it's been a personal release for me and I am now such an advocate for using excercise as a therapy session.

I know you will probably get this a lot in the comments today Zoe, but seeing you workout like that has motivated me so much to start working out again. It’s crazy how much of an influence seeing someone do something has on you! I’ve watched you for yeeeears, since I was about 14, I’m 24 now and it’s so nice to see how far you’ve come but also so so refreshing to see you working out 🏋️♀️ I would find this so helpful and motivating if it continued to be a thing throughout vlogmas, I’m paused at 4:20 to write this comment so I don’t know if you’ve said you’ll never do it again or not yet! 🙈🤷🏽♀️😂 Anyway, definitely going to workout tonight after seeing this and really hope it continues! 😊

loved to see you and alfie in the gym💕in the past year i have found a love for the gym, i’m not a really athletic person but i find the gym helps me so much mentally. It gets me off the couch and active, and it gets my mind off of any stress in my life. It’s a great outlet and it has helped my mental health tremendously💜
