    SIr, for Q No. 90, the answer will be 50 days as for one year of service, 10 days EL can be encashed (without taking into account previous encashment in old employment) as per OM dated 20.06.2019 of DoPT.

    Sir, For Que 73, Option No. (4) is correct because it does not violate conduct rule if he accepts Rs. 5000 from a friend with whom he has no official dealings without prior sanction of the Government. Hence, (b) option will be correct in the context of said question.

    Sir, ans to 118 is C as per do expenditure om dated 2017 point 12 and 13 . Myanmmar is an exception from scos procedure

    Sir, for question No. 76, there are DoPT OM No. 11012/15/2016-Estt A-III dtd 18.06.19 and OM No. No.DOPT-1672644835095 dtd 19.12.22 citing Case History No. 2. And answer should be option (a) Rs. 49,000/-

    For Que 68, Option (c) will be correct. You have discussed correctly but tick the wrong option.

      but he has already taken 260 days encashment during service. kisi ko bhi 300 days se jyada ka encashment nahi milta hai

    Sir in question 83, statement 1 is not correct. Disciplinary proceedings under rule 14 cannot be closed by imposing Censure only on the basis of statement of defence. Inquiry is must under rule 14. Please re-check.

      @@asiarizwanAs per GID, Dropping charges is allowed on the basis of statement of defence but dropping charges and imposing any of the minor penalty is not allowed without formal inquiry.

      Question is defence submitted and due consideration. I think it's not just statement of defence, it implies after full procedure
