    HOW TO MAKE PUSHING EASIER IN LABOR | Pushing your baby out during labor doesn’t have to be difficult or traumatic. In fact, to help with pushing without tearing during labor, you want to avoid difficult birthing positions and overly-powerful pushes that may cause physical and even mental trauma for mama.     These meditations were a huge help for me during my labor 2 weeks ago. They kept me relaxed and focused and I recommend all mamas to listen to them during labor. We had a beautiful home water birth.

    I gave birth to my second baby yesterday. And whilst i needed to be induced with some oxytocin, from the first contraction until almost the last push i listened to the corresponding meditation of yours. Let me tell you, you took a massive part in delivering her in 40 minutes and me enjoying every minute of it. I also listened your other meditations while pregnant and watched almost every video of yours. Your work is amazing and I'm extremely grateful you give us access to your knowledge and that i found you. Keep up the good work and thank you. 💖💖

    I love these affirmation meditations!! I am 37 weeks and have been following your videos and filling my mind with positivity. I can’t wait to meet me new little baby! This is my third baby and will be my third without pain meds. I’m hoping all that you have taught me will allow me to really and truly enjoy this third time!

    Just had a baby boy 2 days ago. Your meditations videos helped me to deal with contractions for the first 8h - >3cm 🙈 until I got epidural. I have to say that I don't know how would I last those 8h without your recording and my husband 🙏❤️ Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

    Thank you for all your help!! I kept strong with every word you said and was able to deliver baby safely and naturally. It was hard but the visual you gave about the piping bag helped
    I was induced at 8am, delivered baby at 10.45am 2 pushes and baby came out with only a minor graze (I was getting impatient)
