started playing this just a few days ago, it's really fun actually if you have a large group. Maybe hard to get into but if you got a couple of friends it's definitely worth it! It's so rewarding to build and craft
I hope y'all keep decide to keep playin' this, some of my favorite moments with Hat Films have been whilst you were playin' Rust, (and games like it) buildin' towards somethin', y'all shine in those times.
I feel like this game needs to inform you ahead of time whether or not you can do something. E.g. Trott shouldn't have to wait for the progress bar to finish in order for the game to tell him he needs to flatten the land. Aside from that, I really love the look of this. It reminds me of Rust meets Haven and Hearth. I really love the ideas of people forming communities and working together to create forts and mini cities (it's what my friends and I would do on Rust all the time).
No only skill booster you can buy is a power hour which doubles XP for a hour and can only be used once every 24 hours which still requires days of work for one skill
No, the game that is being brutally ignored is the steam version, "your own." This is the MMO version of that game and IT IS NOT being brutally ignored because they abandoned their other game to work on this version. Hence advertising for it.

if you have fun with it, what does it matter if it gets finished? It looks ok. Ark was "finished" and it's technically still crap. That label is useless. Also how finished is a "normal" game if you have to pay microtransactions and 3 dlc til it's any good?
If you want ''Medieval Rust"' then I recommend you have a bash at Medieval Engineers. Would love to see you lads build castles and destroy them with catapults!

the obvious difference to Rust is that not everybody just kills each other. But perhaps it's a special server.
