I assume Towa had better overall placements in the final and that's why she was placed higher dispite having the same points? I haven't seen very many ties myself so I'm not sure how MK deals with them.

Towa won 2 races while Suisei only won 1. Actually it was an amazing comeback by Towa, after 4 races Towa had 32 points and was 4th overall (Bijou was 7th with 30 points for reference), while Suisei was clear in first with 43 points. Then Towa won the last 2 races. Wouldn't have been a tie if Suisei didnt get scared of the bomb and fall off

1st Tie breaker are individual race performances.
Towa had 2 first place finishes, suisei only had 1
So Towa is the winner
