I've played this deck in thr TCG and love it. The fact that PUNK and GP work so well together is amazing, and you literally drown in card advantage
I like 3 captain just makes getting the trap easier and also like the trap isn't once per turn and its nice for grindier games
I keep on forgetting that you can make zeus by battling a xyz and not owning one

you can also consider the terrortop engine since it alone makes Chariot Carrie
The level 3 dangers are also good for this, guaranteed level 3 body even if they hit themselves and can unbrick hands
There is a lot more variance and skill expression at 60 cards without sacrificing consistency. You can also play a full thrust engine
A cool tech is desert locusts, with leon and 2 carrie on field during opponent's turn you can first go into locusts for a handloop and then shenshen for a macro effect, also fenrir is kinda trash at 1 and especially in a gold pride version it doesn't synergize much so probably add another ogre or crossout target like nib/imperm.
Navy dragon mech and metaphys horus are also good
was just able to make this deck and it finally gave me a reason to try PUNK and after a couple of matches this might be my next favorite deck after Vanquish soul/Kashtira it just does so much and has so many ways to play around stuff thanks for the guide on the combos that helped a lot learning the deck

I think one of the better plays is to use deer note to revive your foxy and use the synchro and foxy to go into a rank 8 monster, usually you want to go for titaniclad for spell negate, also run a copy of phychic wheeler, its a lvl 3 ss it also pops anything if its synchro summoned or a free extender. Also the kash adds free lvl 7s that can be used to synchro quickly into a baronne or add an additional disruption, sometimes you brick and having a kash monster switches your combo line. Please if you're running this deck, run 2 balls, unicorn is still a card that can easily disrupt you
Edit: when you grab better luck next time using the xyz, I like grabbing Leon and ss it so I can grab roller baller, the trap only works if your opponent summons, but if they wipe your backrow first you can't fusion summon into your ball
Edit 2: the fusion ball is non target monster removal, and if your lp is lower the suck eff CANNOT be negated
I have this Deck RL, and it feels good to be able to use it in Master Duel.
Okay not to double post but actually you showed me it wasn't (just) smarter Kash players in my ladder but it was me trying to make and hold on to the boss monsters during my turn. That's where I've been going wrong! Maybe tonight I won't end up beating one Branded Bystial and then losing every other Kash matchup.
...Unless they're a Loom fan in which case you sop conveniently told them what to target.
First pack I opened was double SHS big synchro UR, then no SRS or urs

i would bother running nytro blaster yet, i would wait for assaniator (new ocg support) to come before bothering to run that card
The 1 of baronne in the extra deck is kinda weird with only 1 unsearchable fenrir to make it imo, you can make both metaphys horus and navy dragon mech with leon during either turn, giving you the option to either pop or negate in a lot of situations
Tbh I play with Barrone and yeah it doesn't pop up a lot but it's what I ran in the tcg and you can also use assault synchron aswell
@rivenofathousandvoices2564 I liked assault synchron in punk bystial but with this deck I prefer lvl3 extenders like the dangers or wheeleder/tracker because combined with the gold prides and punk extenders they make it basically guaranteed that you'll get your full punk end board + gold pride plays instead of having to sac sharakusai for carrie

@rivenofathousandvoices2564 I played punk tenyi when the very first punk cards came out, haven't really used them since. What I like about the 3s, especially the dangers, is that they're essentially 1 card starters (the build I'm running has a 90+ percent chance to have another 3 in hand if you open with one, even at 60 cards), as extenders they can be part of carrie or star leon, and if you really drew that bad they can unbrick hands, while the tenyis only work as your first action, don't synergize with the rest of your playstyle, and just make 1 guy.
Is there a point in running Fenrir as a one of? Why not run at least 1 unicorn and 1 birthright?
fenrir search was always just a bonus, hes just a stronger pankratops in this that can be used to make baronne de fleur (idk if id run him in most decks now but with a deck of so many level 3 tuners he just makes complete sense)
If you wanted to play all those other cards you could but im happy just having handtraps instead.

3 Leon as you want to reval 3 from deck (watch combo) 2 better luck as you search this card as standard combo so drawing it does nothing, you run a second so you can search it a second time if the game goes for more than 1 turn
Maxx c sux in this deck, the trap card is a dead pop if most of your gold pride monsters are in hand. Speedroid has more value in this deck.
Sadly I'm building a Ninja Deck because the Umi Control one I was using got NEUTERED thanks to TCBOO getting limited on the new F&L list.

How dare you disrespect Superheavy Samurai! It is my favorite deck to play. I am going to push to KOG (DL) using my Superheavy Samurai deck just to prove my point. p.s. I am in Gold rank currently because I don't play ladder much. : )
The fact that basically every replay is a Kash player just shows how boring MD is. It's a repeat of the SwSo meta...
Months and months of just facing 2-3 decks on ladder, no cool archetypes, no variety just NPCs copy pasting whatever list the meta tells them to run.
Might need to take another extended break, I can't be bothered wasting my time watch what is essentially bots doing the same 3 plays for hours on end.
That being said - I enjoyed your video and the deck is interesting. Punk has lost some power due to Chaos Ruler ban being it's main appeal as a side engine. But as a main deck it's still untouched. Gold Pride is pricey though, I'm not sure I'll invest in actually getting the cards even though I already have most of the Punk cards.
Might pull for Superheavy and get some Gold Prides while I'm at it. Supposedly Superheavy is good in Zombies but after killed off the deck off like 6 times, I'm kinda done trying to make it work...

Shockingly good just dies to interrupt like most things so Turn 1 is always awkward but if you take the curve genttly and use the effects during your opponent's turns....
