I just realized she spent a great deal of her life seated in a chair.
She and Mm Blavatsky really are our Grand Mothers. Behold, they were also pioneers and students and... creators of our... New Age... unfolding before our very eyes. I love 'em both.

Every word Mary Baker Eddy published was biblically aligned and proven with Bible verses. It's just that Mrs. Eddy didn't write it in accordance to the traditional evangelical and protestant preachers when men underestimated women. This is why Christian Science was and still is misunderstood and unjustly attacked today. Nevertheless, her writings are synonymous and parallel with their teachings, except she corrected their misinterpretations of Jesus's true identity and EXALTED Christianity with the incomprehensible blast of God's Love, Spirit, Mind, Truth in Christ Jesus. We love you, Mrs. Eddy. Thank you for helping me understand Jesus and the Bible in a way many Christians do not know. Glory hallelujah! Amen.

yes, yes! Glory, glory to God! I was raised in Christian Science and years later still love it more than ever, even as a young adult. It is as practical in adulthood as in childhood!

@@Add_Account485the verse spoke to her personally. God sometimes uses verses like that.. it was a Rhema word. God sometimes even your friends to speak messages to you and someone you overhear talking at the next table

The teachings of Christian Science is so powerful. Wonder why it is aging now, getting less new believers ?

Not sure. However the Christian science religion is becoming less popular with less followers every year. I suspect because medicine and science is so high and people like to avail themselves of it. Certainly if one is in pain or has an infection then not taking medication seems foolish.
