Wish you had commented on those oscillations you were feeling and if they went away. 😀
LMAO!! 😂
You know that should have been a statement in the summary section, but I think my exhaustion in the garage got the best of me and I forgot to mention the key point. Ultimately, yes it did get rid of the oscillations and it drives smooth as butter with the new driveshaft.
Got a random question... Have you thought about getting a straight pipe for your GX?
Hey Jason, great question lol. I have thought about doing a remote controlled exhaust cutout so I have control of being loud on the trail and quiet on highway driving.
Mine is an 08 GX. Do You have any fluid recommendations for the transfer case and differential fluids? Or is it best to just stick to the OEM fluids? Thanks.
Perfect timing for your question! In vlog 78 I cover the fluids for the transfer case and differential.
Another great video. We are usually one step or behind each other. I did my driveshaft not looking ago. Just did the alternator, radiator and valve cover gaskets this weekend
Thanks JW! I’m about to do the valve cover too! 😂
@@Awesomoto wasn't too bad. On the driver side the vacuum hose that runs from the PCV broke instantly, get one of those, it's cheap. I did the PCV valve at the same time. The spark plug seals can be a bear to get in and can tear easy, get a few extra just in case
