I did like the older idea too but I also thought they were at their limit woth how much more they could iterate with the lace loops. I found that it was too much of a hassle for me to customize the lacing so I almost always went with the stock lace setup haha
I have the 1.2 in the Black/Sunblaze colour-way and found the upper to be much improved from the 1.1. Also, the fit in the toe box is a big improvement from the previous version in my opinion. I went half-a-size down with these - the same as the 5.1.
I have future z 1.1, try both my normal size and half size down. Half size down the length is perfect, but forefoot is being squeezed. Normal size the width is perfect, but one thumb space in toe box area. I think puma have to fix their boot fit
I think you have very wide feet haha. Unfortunately, they can't cater to ALL shapes but the Future Z does tick a lot of boxes - more so than most boots out there.
This is the reason I didn’t get the Future’s or the GT’s. They got the sizing wrong which ruins the entire boot for me. Don’t play in boots that are uncomfortable.

@@tonylin100 shoot, I just ordered these and I got a size 10.5 since I have narrow feet. My last order were Nike mercurial vapors elite 13 size 10.5 and fits perfectly.
The studs should be the same length from the previous generation to the current. The only differences in the boots are was what I listed. I hope that helps!
