Watch others make sim houses but always seem illogical to live but with yours, it makes me jealous with your sims as they get to live in your beautifully made house.

the circular fencing? Well in build mode go the the part where you can build walls and stuff and press on rooms, there should be an option for a circular foundation. You can then add fences onto it. Hope this helps :)
