I go for morning walk everyday to get energy for the entire day and night walk to relax the brain. I am practicing this for the last 25 years . I am 57 now and didnt lose single strand of hair from college days like Mahatria.
Walk will help to get clarity on ideas and keep active. I heard Sjnder Pichai walks in the moddle of meetings to get clarity and take decisions accordingly.
