Sometimes I just communicate with one person or just go into an area, I will feel very heavy, even my chest is very congested and painful, I need to take a shower immediately when I get home, I try to wear meteorites, bracelet ores, and practice enchantment energy field, but sometimes it doesn't seem to be very useful, although it will be better, but I still feel like I'm stuck to something. I can't imagine that you can connect and heal like this, how do you do it? How do you handle that energy~ Last but not least, my cats also enjoy the love and energy you share.
