Gir National Park is the only place in the world outside Africa where a lion can be seen in its natural habitat. The lions of Gir are a majestic animal, averaging 2.75 meters in length, and with a bigger tail tassel, bushier elbow tuffs and prominent belly folds than his African cousin which has larger mane. Gir is a home to 40 species of mammals and 425 species of birds. In this vlog we have shown Gir National Park Safari & have spoken about Gir Lion Safari.
Day1 (02/03/24): Travel from Delhi to Rajkot. Overnight stay at Hotel Treebo Oscar (Main Rajkot City).
Day2 (03/03/24): Travel from Rajkot to Sasan Gir via Junagadh. Road journey of 160kms. Check in at Sasan Gateway Resort.
Day3 (04/03/24): First Jungle Safari Expedition.
Day4 (05/0324): Second Jungle Safari Expedition.

मगर जिस प्रकार African Lions को जो शोहरत मिली है जैसे की Cecil,Liander,Makhumu,Dan वगैरा,,ऐसी शोहरत Asiatic Lions को नहीं मिली,,और शायद उसकी वजह जो मुझे लगती है की Asiatic Lions सिर्फ गुजरात तक सीमित है,,इन्हें देश के दूसरे National Parks मे भी Relocate करना चाहिए ❤
Aap bahut achi knowledge rakhte hein bhaijaan wildlife ke baare mein. Ji mein bhi is baat se sehmat hoon ke African lions ko zaada recognition mila hai in comparison to our Asiatic lions. Moreover, people in our country are more interested in seeing tigers. Also, lions in India are only found in sasan gir. Agar yeh poor Bharat mein hote toh shayad lion tourism ko bhi badhava milta. 🙏
