thanks Hcorps! Absolutely! Promoting the delicious local cuisine of the Philippines is a great idea. There's so much to love about Filipino food. Thank you for the suggestion, and stay safe as well! 🙏🤙🇵🇭 - Jay
Thanks Craig! will show much more Monday as we are going back tomorrow to start earlier, maybe try more food and then over to Tejero adventure water park. I'm sure the mrs will make a nice video.
Jay, I like that comment in the Video - "Wait for the Mud to Dry". Almost did a spit take with my morning coffee :D. It's the PI, Mud don't dry up!!!! lol. Very nice video - it's great to see you getting out and about!
Lol, yes. When I watch these, I hear things I'm like "what". 😆 but just easier to keep them to edit. Good catch. Yes, we are almost done here for the time being. Many more things to say besides family vlogs. 👀
You're totally winning at everything! Only thing I can't figure out is why you're not grinning from ear to ear. I've only spent 3 weeks there and had a permasmile pretty much the whole time. That's despite a pretty bad motorbike crash on day 4. Even without a smile you're inspiring to those of us intending to live there - thanks.
I'll be making a bigger video for Friday. And your comment will be apart of it if that's OK. Comments like this is really why I want to do it, friendships to come. Ridingbmy little girl on those scooters I'm dumaguete, didn't come without a ton of stress. Smiling is hard when they that little and your always worried. I am trying though, it will get easier. I do have it pretty good, I got a great little family situation with me and my new one in philippines. Love to have you on Facebook group if you like. Be safe buddy. Jay
I can’t wait to get back to my favorite Blvd in the world in May on my wife’s island if Negros. Loved the video asI say many of the same words with my 4 1/2 FilAm kid. Cracking me up cause I know how that is. So you guys move to Negros permanently now or this just a visit?
This is basically a fact finding mission. It's home to us now. We also have home back in ky. Got grandkids there. So have to navigate all this. I want to start building here very soon. 2024. Kids are wooooorrrkkk. Lol love it 😀 I am starting to feel the sadness of leaving hit me again.
Kentucky. Wow what are the odds. 4 expat TH-camrs from Kentucky on Nagris Island! Cool. I think you met one Mark - Every Man has a Story. There are two more. Calvin - Sunshine Shoulders channel in San Carlos City. And Pete - philippines, Expat, Retirement by Hill Billy Pete. Tons of wisdom and years of living in the Philippines from those 3. Hope you get to meet the other 2 someday, etc. Best of luck to you & your family. 35 months until my Filipina and our two little halo halo kids retire to Negros. Can’t wait to leave USA for the sake of my little ones. USA has lost its way. The Philippines reminds me of how it use to be here decades ago. Take care
Yeah, that why staying for 3 4 months was a must. She is getting better. But if we stayed short term, lord. She was sick e ought already. If that was the only memories, not sure when we would come back. So, she is getting more comfortable for sure.
😆 nah, my stress levels where high, driving the 3 of them for the first time more than 1 km. All the way up to valencia, I was tense and took awhile to relax. Rained on us twice. And little one is sick every other day, whiny. I might have been a little less than cheerful, but as wife said. No, that's his everyday. Lol 😆
I love how calming this video. I hope you are enjoying Dumaguete and staying safe

Little girl must be wondering where she is not having fun yet. It's amazing, lovely day. Nice to meet you all.
Yes, it takes a while to get comfortable and understand things. Jay
It’s a fun area to visit and buy fresh food. Not to far from there is a hot springs and then a little farther is a nice waterfall.
Yes, I think we might be checking them out tomorrow, we will see and if so, def vlog it.

1st experience for little kids in phills is sensory overload for sure. Much different experience for them from Canada/USA. Thankfully adapt quickly
