I was thinking the "environmental" was the environment of the network, business, etc. Only when you stated ideas about temperature did it cross my mind. Good question.
I was confused between A and C but chose C because I believed that whatever product you’re going to buy it should be able to address your needs above all.
I think environmental demands means infrastructure environment like network, O.S , and i was expecting answer should be b because if you dont have a good firewall rule set then that firewall is of no use..Like one bad rule is a hole in a firewall... So confusion between b and c..Packet examining will also be dependent on what rule we set..
Option B - Firewall rule covers what kind of monitering/filtering and logging from option C. Environment is not literally climatic conditions it the nature of business. Please analyse.
Trusting your vendor is a good thing to be able to do. It is necessary to have your staff trained on that vendor. It is a good thing. However, if you trust the vendor but the firewall will not do what you need it to do, it is not the right product. Where C is that focus. The packet examining capability is exactly what the firewall will do.

I had to watch it twice as I was bit confused, I applied your exam tip 7 'People, Process, Technology', and picked 'a'
Yeah, not every tip helps with every question...

You got it!

If you google data center and environmental you get temperature and humidity as the topics.
But being trustworthy would probably lead to C ?like if you go to gartner to check top vendors selling firewalls
If the vendor is trustworthy, but does not have a firewall that analyzes the traffic that you need it to, it will not help you.
I suppose C is in line with considering CIA(AA) in regards to confidentiality and accountability.
How much does it cost training with you?
My CISSP is currently $2950 and my CCSP is $2200. TacSecInc.com

It does not say 'environment' it says 'environmental'. Environmental = relating to the natural world
Thanks !
You bet!
Why not a? I followed the tip 7

We choose a firewall for it's technical capabilities ans security features that answer our business needs
