Depends on you team and the unit ypu want fokus on

Ignore Defense Resistance and Efficiency give biggest CP growth. ATK, DEF, HP are generally the useful ones followed by the rest

7k can you do lika s short explanation on status what thay do and help with and what is best for some heros ^^ i think it can help along with new players and vet or do it wean the myth gear come live. But I think it will be a bit to much info for a vid ^^ just saying ^^ have a great weekend ☺️

Isnt the weapon gives more crimson essences than accesorries? Weapons takes 2 material instead of accessories which takes 10 material?

No, weapons take 5 material.
2 Weapons (10 Material) = 6 Steel, 800K Gold, 250 Essence
1 Accessory (10 Material) = 4 Craft Jewels, 400K Gold, 250 Essence
5 Armor (10 Material) = 10 Leather, 1M Gold, 250 Essence
