Do you know if AirTable has similar features to Microsoft Projects where we can have minus days i.e. I was a task to start 10 days BEFORE something is complete? Also what about Start to Start (SS), Finish to Start (FS), Start to Finish (SF), or Finish to Finish (FF) features?

No, that is not an out of the box feature with its date dependencies. SmartSuite does have the SS/FS/SF/FF feature
