Same, i am from Belgium, i am 100% caucasian and was born in 88, but i grew up in a ghetto full of housing projects, everyboy listened to him even tho we all also had all other artists at our disposal at the time, he was IT. I was 8 when he died, he was my rolemodel and an extreme influence in both his music, aswel as he as a person later in life. He had long term goals and was gonna be on some next level shit. He would have been president by now and a world leader. Some days i still feel like crying because of that. The passion he had and flow you see in his music is par to none, even till this day.
