What if you buy a car from an in house finance place and you give them half for the car in cash and the rest payments and you agree upon the car to be at least running and good before you take it with you and it breaks down and they take it to the shop but in reality it isn’t in the shop getting fixed and just sitting at someone house while I’m struggling to get to work because I need my car running and it’s looking like to me like he wants to take my car back and keep it for himself and I’ve left it there for over a week and the repairs should’ve been minor and it isn’t even at the shop because I have gps on it so I know what should I do should I sue or what I’m having issues at the moment because it looks like to me like he doesn’t have any intentions of giving me back my car
