Hey delete, how are you able to play (let along record) Elsword at such a smooth frame rate? I guess a better question is what your cpu is lol. Much thanks if you can answer this ^^
What is your GPU? There's probably another program affecting it. Also Elsword is incapable of reaching 100% CPU usage. The game is designed to only be able to use up to 4 threads of a CPU. This was due to the kinds of CPUs available at the time. For modern CPUs which have many more threads, this makes the game performance quite questionable. Even if you have a duo or quad core CPU, you can't max it either since the game just bottle necks itself with something. Probably the ability to draw 3D objects and effects. I honestly have no clue how you could get your GPU to 100% other than another program. Check task manager I guess and see if it really is the program taking up space. I'm also assuming that Delete doesn't want to answer this question. Feelsbad >w>

Elsword doesn't run much to at all on the GPU. I have a 1060 as well.
