AU Scenario:
Hank, Connor, Chris & Gavin found out that the DPD and cyberlife were working together to kill all deviants(?) And covered it up by saying it was just a drug operation but that's when those four found out about it and they knew that they had to do something but they also couldn't trust anyone so they created jericho for a safe place for androids that had turned deviant but that's when cyberlife created RK900 to hunt them down
