@@andrewn.5117 they don’t give you the land to hunt, you can hunt anywhere in nc. My bird scored 78.5. 13.9 inch beard one spur was 1 7/16 and the other 1 3/8 weighed 24 lbs you can see him on my Instagram Carson_knight65

@@matthill8728 yeah been trying to mock it myself. Can't get it. I like the sound of it though. Especially to be different from everyone else on the public ground I hunt.
Try adding a lot of pressure with your tongue against the roof of your mouth like more than you normally do

I am genuinely curious if the decline in turkey populations in many areas is due in any way to this newer style of hunting.
I would say no! I’ve been hunting turkeys for 20 years and this is the first I’ve ever seen this done so successfully hah with multiple people! I would also say turkey population/numbers are very “by areas” so one state can experience different levels of population. I live in WI and southern WI has way more Turkey than northern WI, due to predators and lower farm environments

Yup, good ole Waddy and Cully, love these 2 guys, probably 2 of the best in the bizz! I take pride in my hunting and thrive to be as good and as professional as they are. But, can someone please explain to me why none of these turkey hunters are talking about scent control sprays while turkey hunting? I think it would be a great topic to discuss, probably even help sell more merchandise, and possibly even help some turkey hunters seal the deal on a bird this spring. So most serious turkey hunters "think" that scent control only applies to deer hunters bcuzz turkey's aren't really known to have a sense of smell. However, i respectfully agree to disagree, not bcuzz i believe turkey's can smell a person bcuzz i personally don't believe they can. Now that I've got your attention I'll get back to my hunt. It was a perfect cool crisp and, clear morning some 20-25 years ago. I almost remember it like it was yesterday. It was one of those that most die hards think of when the gobblers are talking good, "gobbling". So in his particular scenario i called in a 4 year old bird that I'd been hunting pretty hard. O.k. cool, so far so good. That is until 4 deer came in on me from the downwind side, winded me, and proceeded to blow at me like sirens on a high speed police chase lol. Anyways, since these deer have now caused such a ruckus blowing at me and running in every which direction I've now got this big ole gobby that just seconds earlier i had at 70 yards "coming" to me on a string now running full speed "away" from me across this field. Think about that folks, and make sure you cover all of your bases this spring. It might even help ya bag that dream bird. I'd really love to hear Phillips take on this matter. I mean I'm not against learning something new. Thanks for keeping us entertained with y'alls great videos. Hopefully I'll hear from you soon ttyl budd.
