Housing shortage, homelessness, record surgery waiting lists, scarcity of NHS dentists, food banks, now medicines shortage. And yet the number of UK billionaires increased by 20% since the onset of the pandemic.
Evidence?

@@NoWindNoSunNoPowergo outside, all evident to see easily 🙄
@@NoWindNoSunNoPowergoogle it. It shall have a yearly update of number of billionaires
Strange how they always are aware and understand but nothing is ever done. Just words from people on massive salaries that don't do their jobs. I can say this because I'm in the same boat my medication is unavailable no substitute and it will not be back in stock until the end of the year. This country is broken top to bottom and we have not one single MP fighting our corner because they are too engrossed in infighting and swelling their own egos.
Sodium valproate costs less than a pound in India 15 tabs
Didn’t have this issue before the ‘B’ word !
"A recent European Association of Hospital Pharmacists survey reported that 95% of hospital pharmacists across Europe were experiencing shortages"
Taken from an article from The Guardian, that hotbed of rightwing populism.
Precisely. I knew this crap would happen.
Not true
@@plainandsimpletruthjust seems a little odd that’s all. Since we left even I’ve had medication supply issue that never happened before - put 2 and 2 together
@@T5Zplayer It is true. Sorry if that hurts your feelings.
Anyone that voted for Brexit and imagined anything different was a total fool.
As a pharmacist i suggest that all companies in the UK should start industrial action and close down Chemists
Surely sky news should have included the reason for the shortage and what is being done to rectify it. Is there a chance this could become more regular? Which medicines are affected aside from epileptic? Lots of opinions on here but nobody knows because we only got half a story!
Brexit. Brexit. Brexit. Brexit. Brexit. Brexit. Brexit.
And a failure to produce our own stock.
Good old brexit
Yaaaa rishi giving away £2.5B last week to ukraine
Or Israel
Brexit benefit!
😂 really. Drugs production is outsourced mostly to China... NOTHING TO DO WITH BREXIT. Remoaner extremists, unbelievably ignorant.
Rishi gave billions last week

Ah yes because record inflation, government expenditure, national debt, and fascism equate to Sovereignty... Pillock.
We had these issues before Brexit.
Look at alternatives like turmeric and vitamin c for antibiotics! Does work!👍
I'm sure the government are listening and will take action promptly to correct the situation just like they have with the lack of dentists, record NHS waiting times and shortage of housing. Yeah right.
Does anything in this dump of a country work
Lots of Leave voters claimed they'd die for Brexit, so they will be fine with this, it's what they voted for.
don't be heartless.
@@DEVRIMCI2007 It's true! Brexit voters need to stand up and be counted, while normal people point at them and laugh...
Has Brexit also caused the shortages across the EU countries or is it the common theme of unabated immigration?
Immigration is not to blame
Because they all arrive in peak medical fitness.
@NoWindNoSunNoPower not necessarily but this has no relevance to why there's shortages in the NHS 🙄
It’s simple supply and demand.
@NoWindNoSunNoPower it's really not that simple anymore 🤷♂️
Luckily we’re still better than the US 😅
We are being gaslit , in my local pharmacy the notice of possible delays doesn't mention any shortage or any reason for the shortage it just reads their busy and to be patient .
Why are the British public never told the truth ?
the notices should spell out the reasons in clear terms , the truth is a large piece of the puzzle when it comes to deciding how we vote .
if we are not given the facts we end up with Brexit , the Tory Party , eroded rights , and the NHS in crisis , crumbling infrastructure , etc .
We seem to be sheep lead by donkeys in this country .
Too many people in the UK wanting medicine.
To be fair the Conservatives have tried their best to kill us all off.
Too many problems in the UK
society also ages, thus health issues increase.
That’s why human live longer.
sorry that my mam needs medication so her organs can function. people don’t want medication mate. They need medication.
All being purposefully orchestrated
Seamless!! skattA.... What is the world coming to
Make me laugh ive been off my meds for a year cant get my medication anywhere ADHD medication luckly i can go without it but its not on at all
Socialized medicine sucks
Wow...now they're "beyond critical"...
It's funny isn't it, how they use these silly words like "deeply" and "crisis" and "critical" way too early, so much so now that no-one bothers listening, and because it's ignored and nothing changes they have to use terms like "beyond critical".
Is that the same as when things are "deeply deeply concerning", or "deeply deeply deeply concerning"...?🙄
😢😢😢Sort this government this is a horrible condition to live with. Don't choose to need epilepsy medication I like lots of others have to have live and take it to control seizures. February now and still can't get Tegretol prolonged release (carbamazepine,)😢
Brexit benefit
How is this Brexit?
Europe also has the same issues and even some parts of Europe are far worse.
@@christopherderasmo5041because most of the medications are imported from the EU and other countries 💀
@@DEVRIMCI2007 Yes....but *they're more likely to fill those shortages* because they're in the EU and most countries supply the EU before us!!!
