Cooking this beef curry is a little different than in my time, by adding condensed milk.It doesn't matter ,people'staste changes too.I have already noticed when I was young that Samlar Praheur for rice noodles was different at Phnom Penh and at Battambang by adding Toeuk Papreuk!
Pou Peou cooked well:elderly people were happy to eat this good dish!
