Hello ma'am Meri first pregnancy me still birth tha 25 week pe amniotic fluid 0 ho gya tha, ye 2021 may me hua and now we are trying for baby again after 4 months , what precautions should i take now onwards? I am still to test for positive results waiting for my periods to miss! Tab tak mujhe kin kin chizo ka dhyan rkhna hai ? Also me first floor pe rehti hu to stairs week me ek do bar emergency utarti hu , is it risky in first trimester? Travel ka bhi btaiye ki bilkul bnd krdu kya ?

Take vitamin d3 and vitamin b12 tablet have more coconut water during pregnancy you can use stairs once or twice in a day
