Hi ! Reading the command dice rules, you can't use 1 move dice and 1 combat dice on the same activation (8min). 1 dice of either move, shoot or combat on one activation, not 1 of each... Correct ?? ;)
Is that some kind of inside joke or people in Deadzone dont like indirect weapons? He said something about the mortar team at the beginning but I did not really understand.
When I said it was a “high level of contention”, I was referring to the fact people love or hate them. I do love to run them, and was going to run 2 but I wanted to use other units. The indirect worked great in this game. I usually try to fit in 1. Although, in the 3rd round, they whiffed and missed completely. When they hit, they are brutal, when they miss, they are terrible. That was a pretty good skirmish, good quick it started to turn around

You are correct, Andrew should not have been able to use the fight action dice. Sometimes in the heat of battle, you miss things.
