@@grappleronyt4662 That's laughable. Take instruments. If you play on the cheapest guitar you can find it's going to have high action, sharp frets, go out of tune easily and be uncomfortable. And that's without considering the difference in sound which really helps with motivation

They are tighter, making it easier to control the ball. I'm also not sliding around when doing sharp turns or accelerations. They don't have laces which get in the way or open up. Much prefer smaller or local brands compared to the big names. Grip often just as good. Example, look up Kaalier gloves, Luca goalkeeping gloves etc. Costs £30-£50 a pair and they're (IMO) just as good if not better than Adidas, Nike, Reusch etc.
For good reason! Local brands are the definite best bang for your buck especially if you know where to look, but local brands will end up just as expensive as other top brands when you have to ship internationally 🧤

As someone who was a goalkeeper back in my playing days. £150 or $ is crazy money and they probably wouldnt even last half a season.
As a young keeper myself I prefer decent cheep gloves so I can have like 3-4 pairs for the season so they are always in great condition
