The thing about useing rolled up paper for the spine of the katana is that its weaker, try glued and taped popsicles sticks 😊

In order for the katana to be strong, you need to make 3 internal rods and also soak them with superglue.

There is a small inaccuracy in the video, you need to take a sheet of paper and cut 2 strips 40mm by 297mm along the long side. Bend them lengthwise, and you get the required corners of 20mm by 297mm.
