Additional information:
📝Upon ARRIVAL, tourists are required to register at the Tourism Office and pay the registration fee which costs 50php. Always bring your official receipt with you since it serves as your entrance pass to the sites.
📝They are strictly implementing the "NO GUIDE, NO TOUR" policy. Tours are only done by the LGU-registered local tour guides.
📝RESPECT all the SACRED GROUNDS & SITES. Minimize your noise when visiting the sites and REFRAIN from SHOUTING. When I visited Sagada 5 years ago, this rule was not implemented yet so my friends and I experienced shouting in Echo Valley. Yes, you heard it right! The sound bounces back when you shout there.
📝Most sites are reachable with a great deal of walking and hiking so prepare your lovely feet. Aside from the Echo Valley, other sites like Sumaging Cave, Bomod-ok Falls, Marlboro, Balangagan and Pongas Falls can only be visited with a shuttle.
WARNING: The trek might be a bit challenging for the differently-abled.

ITINERARY:
1. ADVENTURE TRAIL
It's a three-hour trek from the Church or St. Mary the Virgin to Bokong Waterfalls.
GUIDE FEE:
1,000php for 10 visitors or less
for 31 pax and above is 100php
2. SUMAGING CAVE
This is a short course caving but we stayed almost two hours in the cave since there were so many tourists flocking in.
GUIDE FEE:
800 for 4 pax or less (1 guide)
900 for 5 pax (1 guide)
1,600 for 6-9 pax (2 guides)
1,800 for 10 pax (2 guidea)
2,400 for 11-12 pax (3 guides)
200/pax for 13 pax or more

REMINDERS FOR CAVING:
📝Wear rubber sandals/flip flops/rubber shoes, shorts/loose pants, shirt
📝No entrance to the cave after 4pm
📝No urinating inside the cave
📝No littering
📝Not recommended for people who have fear of heights, close spaces, heart ailment, asthma and injuries.
📝Pregnant women and women with monthly period are not allowed to enter the cave. (cultural taboo)

50 Hitchhiking (nahiya naman akong walang ibigay diba, kung hindi dahil sa kanya..di ako makakarating ng Sagada)
