    Highly professional !
I could finally understand why the salt in my pool is not consumed
Thank you for the time that you obviously had invested in this masterclass

@@lalitjangid4368 well chlorine machines are very expensive this one on the video cost about 4000 euros

Well done informative video, would this chlorine generator system eliminate the need for chlorine dosing system for the pool ? Or you still need it ?

      Yes, it would eliminate it

Did he say backwash only once a year? Chemistry isn't right. You don't have sodium atoms wandering around by themselves.

The sodium combines with hydrogen and oxygen to form Sodium Hydroxide (which increases pool ph). When you add Muratic Acid (hydrochloric acid), the Sodium Hydroxide becomes Salt and Water.

informative after electrolysis will the dead algae or solid formation will be there?

This video's chemical description of how the cell works is wrong. A salt water chlorine generator does not separate molecules of NaCl. NaCl is a crystalline solid without discrete molecules. It dissolves into separate Na+ and Cl- ions when put in water-- no electrolytic process required. The free chloride ions are oxidized to Cl2 (chlorine gas) at the anode of the cell. The Na+ are basically irrelevant, NaCl is just a vehicle to obtain sufficient concentration of chloride ions.

What happens to the free sodium? How long does it stay free?

@@scottcrumpton5759 Thanks I was wondering how the chemical equation would resolve. I know that the any free sodium could be there very long or the pool might burst in to flames!

@@scottcrumpton5759 You would not know the actual yield equation would you? Been a long time since high school chemistry! :)

“You must only change out salt when the salt us washed off during filter cleans once a year.”
That’s a big load of BS right there buddy. Both parts of that.
