(From the USA) I get a little flutter in my heart every time I see that another episode of this show has been posted for viewing. Sarah is an extraordinary host who connects with the viewer and the craftspersons and the artists she works with. The creativity is ignited within me. A special gratitude to the re-makers who share their tips and parts of their techniques with us. It is a huge part of what makes this show so alluring, instead of just being a 'before and after' picture show. Please continue to show the skills and steps that are used to make these remarkable transformations. Wonderful job!!
"Tawdry", what a great word that I've never heard in conversation before!---I think Sarah must have had that chandelier already, just waiting for the right components, otherwise, what would have inspired her to pick out florescent tubes?!---So sad about that pricey sofa, but I'm convinced that it will find just the right person who will be google-eyed over it!
I loved the leather bags - they look really, really well made. As for the sofa... I don't think they got the right colour scheme to sell it for a high price - beige, white or grey would be more popular.
Sarah has to much confidence in Anthony. The sofa looks better with the Pink, that Gold was AWFUL. The Price- WELL.😊 Sarahs Light should have done better. Always Love to Rags. MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄.
I think the sofa may sell better without all those pillows on it as shown on her tablet. It looks like a modern piece now, and I think, even though it's pink, that it will sell soon. Interesting show. (From the USA)
That chandelier is awful, tbh. It would have been nicer leaving the glass uncovered or painted black or gold. The bags are fab. The sofa looks great, but they should have added some retro legs to it to make it more upscale. Without legs it feels like more of a studio apartment sleeper sofa. Adding all those hyper feminine floral throw pillows in the ad photos also makes it too niche and doesn't fit with the sleek retro style. I question Sarah's taste. She clearly has a penchant for floral fabrics and cottage core, but mixing that with a chandelier or a midcentury modern sofa is just all wrong.
Neils bags (as usual) were lovely.
Love this show ❤

Too much pink on these shows.
