As an Archer for years
I can say that, as a beginner it was really hard to pull the bow and keep it stable. The recurve bow(which they used) are really hard to handle since they are hard to pull and required tons for practice and and heavy exercise.
I really felt happy seeing someone giving importance to this sport because it's not talked about that much
