i just bought these but i have the +4mm Injora axels and the the screw they put in isnt long enough to go through both joints and then in to steering knuckle and then you run into that little sheeth they have on the screw and once you take that off and that little bitty washer you have to make the washer bigger cause it wont go back on lol so im guessing they never actually insatalled it on the +4 axels lol there awesome just kinda frustrating

i agree. i dont think in helps out. most the time you want to place the tire on the rock and help clear. thats why you dont see it on 1/10th or 1/1 trucks.
@@evoone3039 again, as I said in the other response to you, you can’t always avoid certain points that might catch or bottom your pumpkin or links out on the rocks. Obviously in my video example I am purposefully hitting those protrusions to highlight the skid and links.
i noticed your purposely driving your truck into the furthest spot that is sticking out and using the steering link to get you up. most of us guys place the tires on the spot and avoiding it so not getting hung up it.
Obviously. I am trying to demonstrate how the links and skid can help if you end up in a spot where positioning can’t maximize differential clearance. Obviously I wouldn’t normally hit those lines. But on some lines there are definitely rocks and protrusions that the skid and link would hit, and that is where this setup shines. Even with perfect driving there can be situations where a rock can’t be avoided. ;)

Hmm. I don’t know what the axle being a +4 would have to do with the screw length for the link ends. I guess I’m confused with what your issue was.
