I use the health from the crown effectively to not die / be able to tank everything so much easier so yeah its hard to tell. Something to consider would be maybe a t6 ring of dex with enchants. It can give around 17 Dex fully enchanted which is better than the amulet dps and amulet gives -8 Def. Power creep af

With the double the mana, the better you play ( mana conserve strat with damah spell) the better damage you will do overtime
