Guess the 4th gear attempt is correct. Tuners doesnt do 1st gear dyno runs, higher gears more stable results
Lower gears actually give your engine more torque therefore giving a false reading, people will run dyno pulls on gears that are 1:1 meaning it’s not increasing torque nor increasing horsepower so you get a real reading. :)
There are hidden parts for the Ruscko on the map that you haven't gotten yet. There is a hubcap in the lake on the way to grandma's house, the right side window roller in the abandoned mansion (just as you go up the stairs) and a mirror by the destroyed red fittan at Fleetari's repair shop
There's also a 3 point seatbelt kit that you can buy and install (I forget if he already did ^_^;).

when using the dyno ALWAYS use 4th gear, gives most accurate hp count (even tho its still like 10-15 hp unaccurate)

Hey Wazzup! correct way to use the dyno is go straight to 4th gear and dump the clutch that's how you get the most accurate readings!

Wazzup you still lag get the fmso mod it also works with mod loader and is going to improve fps i run both of them and it really improves the fps
Usually when you do a dyno pull you do the gear that is basically a straight 1:1 with the engine. Probably 4th in this car I imagine, I doubt the car has overdrive…

Apparently Fleetari's dyno "overreads engine output by 20-30%."
Also, you're missing quite a few parts for your fixed up Ruscko, like it's already been said in the comments.
Side note, you can install the Satsuma's stock radio in the Ruscko.

None of those turbo dyno runs were correct, you should shift up to 4th gear and start from there

People are saying to use the dyno in 3rd gear. Also, it overreads engine output by about 20 to 30%.
Yeah I work at a Dino shop in North Carolina you start in fourth gear or third gear and overload at 20 to 30% then slowly go in the throttle
