We will be shipping out our stuff by boat back to America sometime around February... so we are slowly starting to prepare (because time goes by so quickly!). he got it done at MOST hospital and yes highly recommend it! results came out sooo nice! we will upload a video next week with all the details about his experience! =)

Wow, it's actually gonna happen, you guys moving back! Congrats on selling some items so soon. I've learned sometimes it takes awhile to sell certain items. Btw, do you worry about whether other students may make fun of them for not knowing English at school, even though they are American? Do you have any regrets not making them bilingual since the start? Do they question why you speak English but they don't?
YUP! It's about time! =). I'm not too worried~ I was in ESL from kinder up until 6th grade and I was never made fun of =) I think once they enter school they will catch up on english really quicklly~ especially since all their 15 cousins back in America all speak English too!
I used to see yall at the hmart area all the time when yall lived in Texas! But i was too shy to say hi 😖

OMG I live in Canada and I ordered a Korean chicken and cheese ball for delivery a few days ago and It was $60 including delivery fee, tip and stuff 😱😱 I miss Korea 🥺🥺🥺

Once their kids start going to school in America, their English will pick up in no time! It’s important for them to continue speaking Korean at home though if they don’t want to lose it. I was in the exact same situation when I was a kid, so fortune my parents forced me to speak my native language at home or else I would’ve forgotten everything! Excited for your move back to America!!

did you get laser treatment so your child doesn't get scarring on his face? if I heard it correctly, then that is freakin awesome!! Is it expensive, or could you explain about it more?
yessss he is going to a scar specialist here in Korea =). (he got 7 stitches on his face in January). He needs to get one year of laser treatment... about once every month.. and we pay $50 for each laser treatment. They flatten the scar with the laser and heals as the new skin forms. He has to wear the silicon tape every day for a year too.
I feel like if I lived in Korea I would find it rrrreeaalllly hard to move back and I’m not even Korean! Lol

I'm actually comfortable with both now! Before I was always shy of speaking Korean to strangers (like when we go order at a korean restaurant etc). I feel like my Korean has improved during our 4 years here in Korea =)

Yea, they moved to Korea, to teach their kids Korean language and culture. Now they are moving back to the US
It’s your prerogative to move back to US, but I think living in US is dangerous. We are facing so much racism, it’s best that your kids should just be raise in Korea. I wish I could have the money and opportunity to move somewhere else.
