Tofu is super observant. I love her theories all the time.
I was actually impressed with her intellect for so long now. Even if her theories are kinda off sometimes, its not too far off from the truth. Maybe she infuses it with what we called "woman's instinct". An inborn *SKILL* bestowed upon few random characters in the gender classification known as female.
Tofu shoul be out there in the world solving crimes, she's got good instincts
well Filo seems to be good with them, and she has been shown to be a very good judge of character.

Also the Reason Naofumi didnt get intoxicated/drunk while eating the fruit is because his shield makes him immune to most of the poisons, so it acts like a filter.
So yea Naofumi cant Get Drunk xD
He also got some immunities with the materials he fed the shield (are those things the same?)
I think so if im remember correctly, the other shield improve his stat if it was equip and also they gives some perks to him even without equipping it so i guess so??
naofumi was highly tolerant to alcohol at base. the shield amplified it while giving the equivalent for poison (but not sure if anti poison came from the start or as a passive skill)
That's sad but in other way he can drink more and not get a hangover
@@unlimited971 I'm pretty sure the poison resistance would come from a specific shield, as he gets intoxicated with Myne in the first episode I'm pretty sure. Also wouldn't make sense for him to be immune to alcohol, while Motoyasu isn't immune, unless he has a specific shield that Motoyasu doesn't that gives him the immunity.
It seems Naofumi’s personality has been rubbing off on Raphtalia.

@@gilrouvan-kanok5969 well, it is clearly indirectly mean L'arc is some type of a hero that is not the cardinal hero(the summon heroes) so it kinda a spoiler for the next 2 episode or possibly the next season if you read the LN/manga (idk if i said this right...)

Tofu got a good hunch right here. Good observation on Therese's hair too.
Fun Fact: All heroes are seasick while naofumi is literally immune against poison, sickness and alcohol (that's why he can eat the fruit) In the ln it's a running gag that it's too turbulent for everyone on filos carriage. (Raphtalia was sick at first as well) They get used too Filo's horrible speed after time, tho Naofumi never got sick. The heroes would get sick on filos carriage, too ^^
Kimchi, Naofumi and co didn't level up only once or twice. They gained around 30+ levels. They managed to reach level 70+ or so, look back at the episode and pause at the game screen before and after the farming.
On the ship, they were only lvl 40-43. At the end of the episode, at the Dragon Hourglass, they were at level 73-76.
Besides that, they have the class upgrade, so they have new skills to use, new combos to make. And the increased stats with class upgrade in last episode.
And I think the Iron Maiden also stronger...
Also Naofumi believed in all of the stat boosting menus that the other 3 heros individually had. Which gave him access to more ways to drastically increase at least his own stats despite his level.
@@adartsesolracakab Not to mention his specific stat boosting that he had figured out on his own early on. That mastering each weapon conferred some bonus abilities, resistances and permanent use of shield specific skills without having to change weapons. The other 3 don't know that, in fact that is one major reason he is so much more powerful then they are because he got a lot of weak useless shields but spent time upgrading each one and getting hundreds of permanent stat bonuses while the other 3 didn't, they mostly stuck to certain high damage weapons got skills and ignored weak stuff. Ren figured out about weapon rarity and spent all his time looking for swords with epic and legendary rarity ignoring all the weaker ones. Itsuki figured out weapon upgrading through feeding particular materials to a specific weapon to make that one weapon grow stronger (he also figured out the instant item creation method too) and Motoyasu figured out how to touch a weapon of the same class and copy it (which he later told the other 2 and they learned it).
Each of the 3 other heroes spent time doing what they learned in their own games and therefore limiting themselves, their stats and their abilities because of it whereas Naofumi was more open to new ideas and is able to actually grow while they aren't making them weaker. They refuse to see it and just accuse him of cheating because they are closeminded.

It was the shield cheate this time, his poison inmunity is what allowed hin to not get sick in the ship, it also makes him unable to get drunk, thing that allowed him to eat that fruit without dying, thing that almost happened to motoyasu
Whenever there’s a boat ride scene, there has got to be a character who’s seasick.

I'm pretty certain they guy was telling Nafumi to use an alias. Then they paid him to create an item that they then use to lift the curse on him and heal him. Pretty sure they were asked by someone to help him.
The 190 exp for the slime was actually really good, if you remember the first episode, low level monster like slimes and balloons only awarded 5-10 exp per monster, and it lowered as he got higher leveled to the point that balloons didn't give him exp anymore, so getting 190 exp from a simple slime is downright broken

Im really enjoying the injokes lately between the various isekai shows, first I see the snow special in Re:Zero reference Konosuba with the Snow King episode, and now Shield Hero making a Konosuba reference as well with the frogs.

I think they might be ready if they work together because they did level up a lot; if you looked at their UI you can notice they were level 40ish not long ago and now they're level like 70 (where they say they are capped) so I think they leveled up a lot (correct me if I'm wrong).
No not exactly they aren't capped at all. Naofumi is 73, Raphtalia is 75 and Filo is 76. They are just finding it super hard to level up further now. Think of it like this, in most MMO games you level up from say level 1 to level 20 very fast. After that the levels start coming slower. They are just at the point where even though they are getting boosted exp growth from the islands special bonus they have gotten to where it just is taking way to long to go up further now. Filo and Raphtalia gain more EXP in general because of the slave user 3 shield, Filo herself gets even more then Raphtalia and Naofumi from the filorial 3 shield and everyone gets another minor boost of exp growth and extra stats at level up from the filorial queen shield.
Archipelagos--> Greek word (αρχιπέλαγος)--> αρχι < άρχω ("archo"=rule) + πέλαγος ("pelagos"=sea). (The word πέλαγος [pelagos] its said to have Italian origin but I dont know more information about that)
the penguin suits are a rare drop from the Penguin Monster Boss, that is the "weird drop" that Naofumi said they got. They allow for underwater travel.
Glad I got this show to hold me over until October when Shokugeki plate 4 start. Sadly it will also be the last. They ended the manga today except for the epilogue.

Those fruits that Naofumi was eating are the equivalent of a keg of alcohol. They drop them in a barrel/bucket of water to dilute them. You have to remember that time Myne tried to get him drunk so she could set him up, he said he wasn't going to drink because it does nothing for him because of his high tolerance to alcohol.

With last 2 episode be like a 2 part wave with the next episode will either half or a fourth of it be the start of the wave and the last episode will be the end of the wave and some big happy ending type thing or be a teaser for next season.

Kimchi (~17:00): They got more than one or two level-ups. Naofumi was level 43 when they arrived on the island, and was level 73 when they looked at the hourglass. Raphtalia and Filo are levels 75 and 76, respectively, vs being capped at level 40. So they _should_ be a lot stronger.

the ability to copy weapon was teached by the dumb trio to naofumi. plus bow is all by rarity, sword by experience with the weapon and spear by refining the weapon.

You shouldn't call her Myne anymore, it's Sloot (purposely misspelled of course) now. You both have some interesting ideas floating there. Not planning on putting any spoilery things through but don't you think maybe L'Arc and Alexandra just after a certain point realized that Naofumi was actually the real shield hero not a faker and that weirded them out for some particular reason that may or may not be explained in the near future? Also I think the fire from Alexandras' magic just had a unexpected positive benefit that burned the curse off it is purification magic, it wasn't intentional she didn't even know he was suffering from that curse. A lot of the things that happened between them were mostly coincidental not planned. Alexandra just wanted a new magic bracelet and Raphtalia loves bragging about Naofumi to others, because she is just sweet like that she didn't know Naofumi was an aficionado of that magnitude.

The penguin suits is actually a drop from the Emperor Penguin boss that they killed. It has a suit effect that lets you breathe underwater.

Oh I think those 2 new characters are probably from the same place as the dark fan girl who ganked them all in the wave. Naofumi hopefully shows them how capable they are now and wins them over so their rep can help to unite even that part of the world. waves end story over. Naofumi gets ported home but manages to bring filo and raph with him - happy family :) the end. okay i got carried away xD

How many times Raphtalia mentioned that what Therese did, she never saw/heard before. Remember she read books about Magic.

One or two level ups? dude, they were lvl 40 (you know the class up) and then they talk about how dificult was to level up in the 70's... so the level up close to 30 levels...

The guy kept calling Naofumi "Tate no Bozu". Bozu is a really disrespectful way to address anyone other than a small boy (and even then it's very informal). "Kiddo" as they translated it is a good enough translation, no adult wants to be called "kiddo" or in Japan "bozu".
