Coming from watching tons of cold approach videos, most of the points are legit. But one thing I would add is prepare to be rejected and have an escape route. “Excuse, I just have to say I like your style” if she just says thanks and continues to walk away, be prepared to say “ have a good day” and walk away with confidence. It’s important to always keep that confidence in check
I wouldn't say prepare to be rejected. I'd say have zero fcks given on the outcome. Ironically, all the men who get women, have this vary mindset.

Not caring about the outcome gives you more confidence to have more conversations AND have more confidence in the interaction. Women know if you're confident fairly quickly and is a turn on for them. This is pretty insightful because it highlights the importance of non-verbals when it comes to cold approach. 4 out of 5 of the points are all non-verbals that just shows the importance. Too many people think too hard about what to say without having the non-verbals down.
For me I’ve got the looks I think I just need to improve on my smile, I’ve had people tell me I don’t ever smile and look upset. Also my voice tends to be pretty quiet when I’m nervous which makes it hard for them to hear me. If I fixed that I think I’d be in a much better spot. Thanks for the tips Coach Kyle! My advice: your impact on a girl will be far more powerful when she has to make the conclusion herself. Instead of opening her with a direct compliment (which in most of the case will get a "thank you" point blank). Go for saying something that suggest she's pretty or that she stands out.

I feel like no one ever really says this but the reason that I don’t approach in public anymore is not dumb reasons like “oh she’ll reject me”, “I’m not good enough”, etc, but I genuinely don’t think it’s a good thing to do. If I’m serious about meeting a girl, I’ll probably meet her at work or school not even trying, not stopping random strangers that you probably have little in common with in terms of values. I don't think women see us like that tbh. Over the years I have had a lot of different experiences, and used to be best friends with a REAL ugly dude like this guy looked like a frog. He was skinny and fat at the same time somehow... just...picture a frog person. That was him. Anyway, he didn't do well at all with women and I thought it was because of how he looked. I later realized it was his shyness, and once he broke through a little, like he was still really shy but would approach them anyway, he got a few really hot ones and then married an 8 or 9. Not only is his wife hot, but she's what he pictures as a 10. She fits the description of what he always used to say he wanted...so that means if he had different taste he could have probably married a 10 pretty easily. From what I have learned, what a girl sees as "looks" is this weird combination of grooming, clothes, smell, body language, and eye contact, or some combination of those. There's also things like what you drive, or your house, etc. Things that make you look successful. Most women are sort of "gold diggers" to some extent, but not in the respect most guys think. They aren't really gold-digging, it's just that "nice things" imply success, and they are attracted to success. The more I learned about women over the years the more I see them as an entirely different species from us as far as mindset, what they want, what they think they want, what attracts them, etc. I'm no expert, just my 2 cents.

One of my big flaws in the past has been that I'm really quiet. I have always had jaw problems and also been kind of shy / anxious as many are nowadays, and I have had interactions that went really oddly and I didn't know why. I know of a very easy technique and very good for beginners, but it only works if she;'s walking her dog. Especially if she's sitting down on a bench with the dog. You spot her with the dog and get all excited about her dog. "Ohhh.. that is such a cool dog !!!". You ask the standard questions, about name. breed, age of the dog , crouch down and start petting and playing with the dog. All the time smiling and and being very excited about the dog. Talk about your own dog ,anecdotes etc etc. If all this happens while you were casually in the park jogging ( instead of creepily staking out for girls) even better. Do that for 1 minute .. and you've established your a decent , good guy. and not a creep. Hopefully you really are btw. From there, invite to get some coffee, water etc at the nearest place. Hopefully you have the social skills to keep things going. Personally I find the introduction/ meeting girls the hardest.

I find that probably i'll not find the one in cold approaches. I have no interest in casual relationships just for fun, so to me, even though I good social abilities, I dont cara about just talking to someone because I like her looks.
To me, there is so much more, and I prefer finding one on the church or in the work environment, and even though, I have to know her well bc not everyone in those places are really that good.

Just follow these simple rules: 1) be handsome, 2) be attractive, 3) and don't be unattractive
Overall solid advice, just have to be careful unfortunately nowadays when approaching women. Guys, just be prepared to face rejection and know it is ok. It will likely happen more often than not. Take the advice and don't necessarily think something is wrong with you if you do get rejected. When it comes down to it, these things work if the girl finds you attractive and if she doesn't then you're the creep but know that is a them problem. That's really the only difference between a creep and a nice guy is how attracted she is to you.
