I do totally get that these are meme builds and not meant to be 100% serious/tryhard, but it is really helpful with these kind of builds that spec heavily into one thing to still fill your other slots with at least tier one items, the amount of health and damage you get from just having the items is significant regardless of what item it actually is, and the difference in map presence and damage easily makes up for it over the course of the game

@@Mr_Fruit I find myself doing the same thing, where I have an idea of what i want to do and focus too hard on it and end up dying a few times since i only have 1 health item, so it's something I've had to try to learn lol, love the Deadlock videos I had never seen your channel before the game came out! These meme builds remind me of older videos where Mr. Fruit played games with funny rules suggested by viewers. The era of "hey Mr. Fruit. I have a challenge for you"

If there’s one thing I know it’s that Fruit will somehow always find a way to meme anything
If you ever want to try the sleep build again, buy echo shard and refresher, that way you're not waiting on cooldown to resleep. It'll give you 3 sleeps depending on your base cooldown
Only problem is refresher gives you 1 dagger every 3 minutes so idk if it’s worth. Echo shard is good though
I think combining the infinite sleep with melee items would be a really good 1v1 assassin build. Sleep would garuntee a big punch and then sleep them again.

Pro tip, your next video page at the end should just be a single video option right in the dead center (removes the fatigue of choice for the viewer) and you should specifically promote a piece of content that is similiar. "If you loved this over the top Haze meme build click here to see me SLAP whole teams with this ridiculous Grey Talen meme build!" your meme videos on deadlock are a very unique niche from what I have seen other content creators do and your editing and jokey style is also unique. I think you genuinely found a good spot for yourself if you lean into it. Make binge content of funny meme builds and make it super easy for the audience to just click into the next one. Ideally you make sure that each new video they click into never leads back to a video they may have watched in a chain.
I rush echo shard with this build so you can sleep -> heavy melee -> sleep -> heavy melee. You can assassinate squishies and the double sleep gives your team a looot of time to follow up
Having a pretty terrible day and week at work, so this was a great welcome to my lunch break
Fruit, these meme builds make for great videos. On this one I especially loved how you describe that the ultimate lasts forever, and then literally set there letting the time play out just for full effect.😂

Haze is my favorite so far. Those dagger can come in so clutch in a team fight, plus the ult drop when they are all weak feels so good. Very Samira-esque

These are the kind of builds I wish I could try to do but I always feel like my team will hate me for it since I solo queue. I love meme builds so I live vicariously through these vids
Mixing in. Tozic bullets and tesla bullets works very qell on this type of build, because it lets your ult be meaningful, and lets you proc mystic vuln on whichever poor sap you think shouldnt get to play
Ngl these deadlock vids have been some of the best longer forms of content i have watched in a long time
The infinite sleep is really funny, but in terms of practicality, daggers doing a ton of damage is definitely more viable.

I do kinda wish the Sleep Dagger was more like a Sleep Nade that on impact did a small AOE Sleep cause 1) im sick of minion hitboxes eating my sleeps the amount of times this happen makes me madge as hell 2) the amount of times ive missed a sleep by mere pixels has also made me super madge

I honestly prefer the longer videos with less cuts. Have you considered making a separate channel that has the entire game regardless of it being a win or loss?
2:25 on this, what does stop channeled abilities? I know Singularity does, but... as I'm writing this I realise, maybe it's Stuns that do it, but not Sleeps? That makes sense, I'm just used to Dota where both interrupt channels.
Stuns, and anything that specifically states "interrupts" are the only two things in deadlock I believe, feel free to correct me if im wrong
stuns and curse only. sleep and silence do not interrupt channeled abilities.

I really think this game needs a CC reduction stat. It's so goddamn annoying having to buy unstoppable every game or you'll be stunlocked for a full minute. That's the entire reason Wraith, Seven, and Dynamo dominate lobbies. Just let me build some items that reduce the duration or potency of CCs like slows and stuns like in Smite or Paladins.

@Nikkibuh You're absolutely correct, but it's one item. There should be a tradeoff between defensive protection and cc reduction, but it's just one item that does like 30%. If I wanted to go all cc reduction, no armor, it should be an option.
Not doing much just 10,000 damage in an aoe... almost makes me wonder if full tank Haze would work. Throw a Metal skin and some slow on and that's kinda scary
Haze gets hard countered by metal skin, so realistically if a haze gets too powerful you can kind of kneecap them. It's a bit rough
@@MemekingSupreme ah but if you both metal skin and your ult lasts like 10 seconds (with the duraction build) they're gonna be right back where they started with 6.5 seconds of ult left... unless they just run away

I've got no idea if this works, but could the sleep build work with some dot upgrades? If they don't wake them up, it could be some solid damage, purely hyperthetical but I might test it later

Sub 7k dmg Talon in my party, i’d be spamming dagger build too. Why not grab an echo shard and sleep 2 ops at the same time?
You only having 2 green items when you have 7 high tier purple items is hurting me. Missing out on so much hp. Even tier 1 green items give 11% hp on top of the stats they already give. Atleast fill out the slots with something. To put it in perspective when you had 7 purple items you could get 2 more green items which at the time equates to 350 more hp on top of the items stats. This for 1000 souls which could be sold for 500 souls later for something else.

Eh, this one is such a miss. The Video is still great and all but the only thing people will break with this specific build is their winrate.
That’s why it’s a meme haha more often than not a meme build should be more volatile than a normal build and about having fun/playing differently than you would normally
