Good tips. Believe it or not I never request housekeeping and just clean my own room. In my younger years I worked in a hotel, and it's the cleaning staff that will steal from rooms because they already know what you have from the last time they cleaned your room. And the most disgusting thing is that they sip liquor out of open bottles that guest bring to their rooms for their holiday from the airport duty free or a local store. People should ask themselves, would they have a complete stranger enter their home and clean it while they're away? I know I wouldn't regardless, if everything was locked up or not. I also use two rubber door stops under my door at night. Those safety latches can be compromised very easily. Thanks for the video!
