+Strong_Eagle - Make sure you assemble and break in properly. You'll good bang for your bucks. Check / torque all the bolts you can. Makes a hell of a difference in the long run. ;-)

You cant change a pipe and not tune the carb. Sounds like your valves are probably out too, have you ever even adjusted the valves since it was new? Every new engine has a certain milage that requires it after the break in
Sounds like you may need to tune your carb. I hear your bike bogging down at WOT. I was wondering if you rejeted your carb after installing performance exhaust. You should hear Motocheez's Hawk 250. He has his carb pretty dialed in after upgrading his exhaust.
Phill Rez I'm sorry I would not know for sure... that could mean it comes fully assembled or more assembled then before. I never saw that option... in my opinion save the $250 and just assemble the few parts yourself... saves money and is pretty easy to do
It would come complete and ready to ride, but keep in mind, the people assembling it are most likely just warehouse guys, not mechanics. Like Zarvis mentioned; it would be in your best interest to assemble it yourself so you get to know the bike.

Here goes! I just bought a Coolster 125 MadMax & a Hawk 250. I swear , the Coolster has more low torque ; the Hawk is pretty disappointing. I can dig out of sand better in 2nd gear on the Coolster ; I try 2nd gear on the Hawk and pray it doesn't gulp & die!
Hey Zarvis. Great Vid, keep them coming. I have a hawk and I think the you need to first adj the valves. super easy and prob the best mod. Also get a $30 mikuni VM26 knock-off and a 115 main and bigger pilot I forget if it is a 20 or 25.. Check out Chinariders.net huge resource.
Tone Capone I will be getting the performance carb and jets soon... lended a buddy my bike and he messed with the idle while driving and lost the idle screw... could use a new one or just get performance exhaust... so I'm gettin one... plus make a video of the change

First thing I saw was that blue head pipe. Then the backfiring on deceleration shows a lean condition.
You’ve got the coolest looking hawk out there, I love the splatter paint I think I will do the opposite white with black splatters

@Goat Peter yup that will get ya there 17/45 sprockets will get ya there but not fun going that fast on pavement with knobbies

Derpmaster10 stock its not able to, with enough mods and tuning mine was able to top out at 73
do you know any bikes that can hit 70 stop like at 2k or so because i am thinking about the ssr grom
