- Tej Bahadur Yadav, a BSF jawan of 29th battalion, deployed along the Indo-Pakistan border in Jammu and Kashmir, alleged that troops are served bad quality food and even have to manage with an empty stomach sometimes through a video posted on his Facebook account. He claimed that while the government procures essentials for them, the officers sell it off illegally. Meanwhile, BSF spokesperson released a statement that Yadav was a habitual offender of absenteeism without permission, chronic alcoholism and used to misbehave with seniors.

Hello miss let me explain u clearly that according to law each and every soldier should be provided with food.no one is asking here for soft bed or 5 star hotel foods.what do you know about the challenges faced by a soldier in daily life.sitting comfortable inside a room and texting on you tube is damn easy.

The BSF is not meant for a relaxed life. The food given to them is sufficient. If he wanted better food he should have joined a corporate job. I respect all our military and para military forces. If he did not want to go through this why did he stand in the line for recruitment? Why did he if he did not want to be given bad food toiled in the physical screening ? He did that for the love for his Country-India! Did that love waver off? Did he stop fighting for our nation and Instead started fighting for "good" food? I am against his views and his complete disregard for the security and security forces of our country .
Are u mad or out of your mind everyone deserves good food and they are in forefront for us the least we can do is provide them with good quality sufficent food
