Liliya's skill is 1200 damage + 100 scorch, so for simplicity let's say 1300 damage. That means you get 1300*0.02=26 damage "for free" per cast. Rage also counts for deputy, say Velyn, so that's another 1200*0.02=24 per cast. In total, 26+24=50 damage extra per cast. This can apply to 3 legions at once, so 50*3=150 damage in an optimal setting. Velyn also inflicts Freeze, which would increase the "value" - so let's say the talent is worth 150+F, where F is the value you place on the Freeze debuff. - Boiling Blood This one is a little simpler to calculate: every time a skill is being cast, Velyn does 8% more damage. So, he gets an additional 1200*0.08=96 damage. This can again be cast on 3 enemy legions optimally, so 96*3=288 damage. So, the question really comes down to whether or not the value of the 3 second Freeze debuff is "worth" 288-150=138 damage. That's a 48% damage decrease for this specific talent path. Personally, I don't see a world where you would chose Spirit of Rage over Boiling Blood for any hero that does skill damage over 800~, unless I'm missing something. Was the Bertrand issue addressed from your last video? I just tested Bertrand liliya on a darkling and it looks like compound interest doesn’t even proc twice from the two rage skills. I have screenshots to confirm.
Nothing has been changed as far as I know, though keep in mind that Bertrand does consume all stacks of compound interest when he casts his rage skill, so it sometimes look like its not working because of that

Boiling blood is bugged. It’s make you 2nd skill he casted with 2 seconds delay between heroes. Without it it’s 3 sec normally

Notice you have skill path with points and magic path with a few points. Do the stats from both path combine?
Yes at max level you have enough points to take the first special talent in mage tree with the full skill tree as well
