Amen..... to the dreams & providence prompting us into retirement/another season. I had a dream that my co-workers were celebrating me they threw me up in the air a week before I retired.... I had no intent on retiring. I walked away from 200,000 retired Deputy Sheriff today and I know that God told me it was time for another season. I've been a minister for the last 7 years..many people have received Jesus as Savior through me as a vessel Honoring Almighty God All The Glory All Praise. The day I retired there was an irate person I was dealing with in law enforcement something within me said""You are done.'' 1 Chronicles 29:11 all the Glory all the Praise ... Everything belongs to Almighty God❣️😇🙏

Thanks for your openness on this subject. My very dear friend and I have talked about this topic of holding on to long several times. I do believe this is why many churches a struggling and COVID gave an opportunity for transition but nobody took it.

as a surviving third generation PK, I can say with full confidence that many Pastors fall in love with the lights and the stage of ministry/pastoring...and lose sight of God and the people of God. It is very evident in many of our churches that are losing the youth because they are not being ministered to. Major shifts in technology and culture are happening some Pastors do not bring in/on others to help lead the way forward. I love seeing how more and more Pastors are collaborating on podcasts to link up with other thought leaders...coming out of the four walls of your church or bringing in help and/or passing the mantle is an act of humility and wisdom, in my opinion.
This interview was amazing!!!! Pastor Joel Tudman obeyed God and left his own church plant, Place of Faith, to submit and learn, now he’ll be pastoring The Faith Center! My God!!! What looked like a demotion was actually a set up for a greater promotion!!! From “place” to “center”. God writes the best stories! Let us continue to trust Him!

Just turned 67 ... and listening for my clarion call beyond my recent Masters of Strategic Leadership from Jakes Divinity. This interview, and Pastor T's recent sermons in Houston and Florida have pricked my ears (and heart).
As a Pastor just starting. There is so much in this. I am excited and I have found a new place to park and thatbis with Pastor/Bishop Joel Tudman. I love his style. Preaching, teaching I see myself as he speaks. He is a true inspiration to and for me. I look forward to one day being able to sit and have a conversation with him.
I am excited for the shift and transition taking place with Pastor Tudman and the Faith Center. His obedience will be seen within the ministry, as he works to bring the next generation to God.
God gave me this word about the church being a hospital over 25 years ago, when i was going through my own turmoil and felt the church was judging me harshly but God spoke to my heart and slowly restored me.

That’s good you see the time to pass down to someone else to stand beside you most Leader get burn out and dont know what to do and some kill themselves. Bishop the first time i walked into TFC and heard you I know God was leading me there. I dont like big churches cause I used to think the Pastor dont reach you and some how i get lost in the crowd. But my experience was not like that, i felt I was in a small church despite the bigness so i stayed and keep coming. I thank God now i am apart.

We need an episode or a guide on how to redeem after Church hurt. The church or should I say people in the church have hurt a lot of individuals and many don’t know how to redeem themselves from that pain. No one wants to come to a place where trauma reside. We need guidance on how to release Church pain. I been there. It took me 5 years to finally found my home church. I am now home at TFC.

Bishop and Dr Tudman, food for thought....if every member contribute a monthly amount on autopay eg $20, $40, $50pm and use those collected amounts to pay extra on the mortgage it would be paid off in no time. I want all my people to be free in the body of Christ in which we all are wonderfully and fearfully made to encourage one another and know that God is in control when we let Go and let God,my beautiful beloved family in the body of Christ who is perfect but allow the temptation of our 5 senses to take over our flesh instead tapping into the 6th sense in which is overlooked and with out it. None of the common 5 senses would work and that is the Spiritual sense me Beloveds. Love you to life but We all we got period! We Are One! You are Perfect!
