The level of fitness is really, really impressive. I mean these dudes are effin’ running between climbs and sending like there’s no tomorrow. I get gassed after 3 go’s on a 5.10b with a warmup on a 5.9. Anyways really, really impressive guys.
How do you call it? Looks to me like an atc guide or something similar. Of course you can belay from the top with an atc guide but not like he does. If it is a different method please tell me how you call it or send me a description!
It's priobably an easy route for both of them so I'm sure they weren't worried about a fall. Plus pete probably weighs quite a bit less than tom anyways.
Im all about personal challenges etc but am I the only dude that finds these docu's to be a bit pretentious. Not the dudes fault but the producers always try to make it seem as if climbing a rock is equal to working on a cure for cancer. Come on man, it's just like when you were a kid and climbed to the top of that swaying tree - it ain't nothing special - it's just climbing and digging it. All this commercialism seems to kill the magic. For me anyway - just my take.
+Maddox Bromley it doesn't take much to climb that tree as a kid--some rock climbing first ascents took years or decades. Sure it's not as impactful to society as curing diseases but that doesn't mean it's easy or meaningless. You can make impressive achievements in any field.
Agreed with the others, what's motivational is not the climbing in itself, but the mentality it takes to be the best, 99.9% sit on our arses compared with those who strive to push the boundaries of whats possible.
Thumbs up purely for that time lapse shot around 3:50. Epic!
Watched it over and over again! Kinda magic!
it was truly incredible, not the level of cinematography i’d expect from a watch brand and my favourite crack addicts
132 Whillans and Brown routes, trail running to each one. In 12hrs. What the actual fuck. These guys are machines surely. I salute you!
One of the best climbing films ever! The editing and the music are amazing!
Beautiful cinematography at the 3:42 segment. In fact, the whole thing was really well done!
That was epic. Stanage time-lapse was superb

A formidable challenge, some fantastic scenes, emotions invoked and some cool music. ATB Mark.
Best video I've seen in months
Amazing work guys! Some might say it's useless, but I personally appreciate how much effort you put into the sport guys! Amazing!
Lol smash an amazing physical feat that they trained a decade for and Pete @ 10:05 "ah nice one" hahaha
Beautifully filmed and edited!
The song starting at 6:40 is Fjokra - Get Amongst It in case people were wondering
nice!
I was, and thank you!
just wow! for the effort and video
That was absolutely incredible!!!! Sounds like 24Hours of Horseshoe Hell at Horseshoe canyon Ranch.
Inspiring.
So awesome, inspiring!
What's the music from 6:50 on, please?
Full sound track?! anyone?! please...!!!
Shazam it!
Conquers of the useless. I love it. Good job boys.
Just throwing it out there, they can't have run all the way. Connecting ramshaw roaches then over to stanage and froggat etc is more like 43 miles.
Think they'll have ran the Eastern edges and then driven over to the Western grit.
Music name please ?
rock boots? havent herd that one before
Any help with song playing at 6:50 please???
+Jamie McCormack thanks pal

..so how would you do your challenges with that huge amount of hours ..and without an sponsor?..
Gotcha 😆
3:18 Is he really belaying like this from the top?
why not?
because there will be no braking effect in case of a fall
There is. It's a common top belay in the UK.

You can say the same thing about any sports then. These guys are pushing the limits of climbing just as Kipchoge is pushing the 1st sub 2hr marathon.
