- Convert any USB Printer to Wireless Printer in just 6 minutes. This is not the Printer Sharing technique at all. I will literally convert a USB Printer to Network Printer or WiFi Printer in this video. You can Print From PC and Android both. All could be done using your home gadgets themselves. This trick can be applied on any Wi-Fi Router with "Print Server Utility" feature e.g- TP-Link; D-Link etc. Make sure to check the manufacturer's official website to verify the availability of this feature on the particular model.

Sir only recommend to link c1200 Archer router because to link w9970 version 4 don't have usb print serve in w9970 v2 have usb print server .And they don't provide be router.

I never tried it on Canon IP2700 but it should work if your router has a USB port and supports the printer utility.

I purchased the same DLink Model DIR-825 AC1200 etc. recently. But surprisingly, this has the light panel on the front side and above all it does not have any print server. Amazon is not allowing return too. Can you please help me by advising if I can install the print server in this Router; and if yes, how to do this?

Actually, under the product description displayed by Amazon, the version of the Router is not mentioned clearly. Hence, Customers are getting misguided and tempted to purchase. Seems, it is a marketing strategy to enhance their sale simply under the banner of D-Link DIR-825 etc.

Check the description box. It's Tenda D303 wifi router with USB port. I am personally using it.

Yes it should work. Install Printer-Share app in your android phone but I will recommended you to purchase TP-Link AC1750 router because the D-Link DIR-825 router is having a firmware issue. Some units of the same D-Link model do not have the "Print Server" option. Some are having compatibility issue with the D-Link Print Server Utility Software.

Never tried it yet. Since the d-link printer utility is available for linux and windows only, I think it would not be possible for chromebook.

I didn't face any such issue on windows. As a recommendation please check your windows firewall settings or anti virus settings.

Your WiFi router might not have any USB port. For WiFi Router with USB port check description box.

Hi! Thanks for the query. At the first part of the video as I have installed the HP Printer and Scanner utility first and then done the rest of the configuration. At the last part of the video the way I printed a test page over the network. Like the same way you can do scanning by the scanning utility (which I have installed at the first part of the video) over the network. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the full package of HP Laserjet M1005 MFP Printer
