Stop showing your winning hands, give good play information on you..
Gave em free info
You can also set up bluffs in future hands thinking you got the goods..I do this myself because I bluff a lot 😂😂😂
He's doesn't have any as you can see. On the pocket 66 hand he bet 600 in a 200 pot for value??? 😄 🤣 😂
5/10 at the Bellagio is notorious for being filled with tough pros. i probably would stop showing your hands to them because all its doing is giving good players free information on you
A couple of tips if you want them
Leading out is different then betting leading out is when someone bets into the preflop aggressor from out of position
Do not call from the blinds so much should be mostly 3 betting or folding from sb with some exceptions but ak is def not one of them
Stop telegraphing your bet size you bet big with strong hands and x down with weak hands that’s very easy to play against
Don’t bet a size based on how strong your hand is think about their range and what your trying to get called by you over bet with a boat and said you were hoping he had aq when he called pot size bet on turn with a 9 high board he never has aq should have bet small targeting a 9 and if by some miracle he had a duece he would have raised for you anyway
thanks for the tips!
Good tips, and thank you for addressing a pet peeve of mine - "leads into..."
Nice vlog.
I think you need to study bet sizing a little bit. Your sizings are wonky sometimes. Also, I would 100% 3 bet AK. Especially out of position. A lot of good cash players and pros advocate for a 3 bet or fold only strategy from the small blind and I think that’s definitely the way to go. Help mitigate being out of position by being the aggressor pre and post flop.
Man, you played the opposite that i would have done in multiple hands lol
QQ vs KK, I almost always try to stay away from the last hand before moving tables. You always end up getting something good and losing. I end up with half my stack gone going to the next table.
This happened to me every table move. I lost huge hands on the LAST hand before the move. Ruined my tourney run.
You have to stop saying “I go ahead and….” and “he goes ahead and….” You can just say I bet or he bets. Leave the “go ahead ….” In the trash PLEASE!
It is very annoying
😂
Good vlog , your voice is easy to listen to, the graphics are big for old people like me. The music parts need to be shorter, we tune in for poker content not thumping music. If you’re wearing ear phones cause your wife hates this stuff you have to pull them out because the music is so loud . Just my thoughts as a person that watches all of the big vloggers . I will subscribe.
You nailed it Stay at home Dad Poker vlogger! A great strategy for playing out of the small blind is just flop sets. And to fold just about everything else
I can tell you’re not a winning player
Probably not from the small blind LOL! I fold almost everything in that first to act seat of misery
@@gregoryschmidt3332 it’s ok I do too I’m just messing with you 🤣🤣
Only show your hands at the conclusion of each hand when it is required of you.
kinda surprised you didn't try to bluff the first hand. you have all the 8's, trips, and boats in your range
calling a 2-bet from the SB instead of 3-betting or folding is something you should look into
He isn’t check raising you he’s in position
some ppl can check raise in position, phil ivey for example is one of them.
When you had AK in the blind, yes, you should’ve raised but since you didn’t……. he bet the river and you called him so he is required to show his cards first. Let him show his cards first and that way if you lost, you could muck without showing your hand.
I shot took at the bellagio 5/10
This February and booked my biggest single session win +5600.
It was an awesome time!
What are stack sizes? Bet sizing doesn't make sense without context. Always raise first in.
Red AA: On the flop I bet a size that gives villain a chance to raise, 40 - 50%.
AK: Definitely 3bet. OOP you want to reduce the SPR. KT/K9? Strange to raise those hands on the flop.
66 fh: Don't start thinking about getting value on the river. By then it's too late. I bet even larger on the turn.
Q6dd: Bet top pair on a flop that's good for your range.
Too passive
Good run congrats!
I like the content. I’ll keep watching. Suggestion, include your chip stack size in the graphics or at least you’re starting stack size in periodic updates.
Nice content I’ll keep watching
In the firsthand, you probably should not be playing 7/5 but since you did…… on that flop and your bet you very easily could have had a 9. When the turn comes another 9, you should’ve bet and represented it when you were counterfeited. If you get called, you can slow down on the river. That approach probably would have won you the hand and gotten pocket jacks to fold assuming that your sizing was big enough.
I knew you were going to lose with those queens once they tapped you on the shoulder. That’s bad luck. Don’t ever let anyone tap you on the shoulder while you’re playing poker.
Funny.
This…was painful to watch.
Should have your own definition/criterion on which hand is deemed “interesting” to show in a vlog. Quality is better than quantity.
You said "he goes ahead" and "i go ahead" about 7 thousand times. Mind numbing
That's kind of a small bankroll for those stakes. I do think you played well.
Bro, I think you are too passive
First hand losing the minimum? You should have more respect for an under the gun open and fold that crap. Even hitting bottom 2 pair isn’t good as often they get counterfeited as was the case here.
I’m a big believer in calling the raise (vs three-betting) with AK out of position as your hand is very well disguised and you’re maintaining some pot control. After all it’s a drawing hand…
You are playing better. Not so passive, but still too passive like the last hand, need to bet the flop and the turn.
AK flat calling OOP in SB is a terrible play. Also donk leading without 3betting preflop makes no logical sense.
NH w AK 7 min in. Not an easy call
Stay away from 5/10
Hand at 6 min mark, you don't have your story straight. He just raised you. You said multiple times in the hand he xheck raised you and thst is what you couldn't figure out.
What Donkey casino are you in. KK and QQ and it checks to the river. 😢😢
“You’re too passive” is one of the most moronic comments I’ve ever seen. If you’re going to give advice give some actual advice on what he is doing wrong. He said he’s taking a shot and unsure on certain spots. Guess some people never play a hand badly
Stick to 1-3 bro
I don’t get why you show $20 pots.
so we don’t know what leading means..
You play like a fish (the AK) hand and you talk like a fish. You shouldn’t donk into the last aggressor on KQx flop. Get some coaching.
Bro people try so hard in these vlogs in explaining everything. Poker vlogs are just garbage now a days
why arent you at home with your child?
your channel name is very misleading.
Only show your hands at the conclusion of each hand when it is required of you.
