Dynamite is used when a character like Bulla can't release energy attacks, you can see the Dynamite animation if that units throws rocks or something that isn't related to energy blasts
Similar thing to those who can't float so they're given jetpacks

Well it was already implemented in the game for a long time ago. Like for example, characters that cannot use ki blast throws a dynamite, and a another example is characters rhat cant fly uses a jetpack
